We understand that in certain circumstances, parents may need to withdraw their child from the school. We request you to follow the below process to ensure a smooth and official withdrawal.
🔹 Steps for Withdrawal:
1. Application for Withdrawal:
a. Parents/Guardians must submit a written application addressed to the Principal stating the reason for withdrawal.
b. Application should be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
2. Clearance of Dues:
a. All outstanding fees (including tuition, transport, or any other dues) must be cleared before applying for the Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
3. Transfer Certificate (T.C.):
a. The T.C. will be issued within 3–5 working days after all dues are cleared and the withdrawal is approved.
b. Any request for urgent issuance of T.C. may attract a priority processing fee, if applicable.
4. Important Note:
a. Transfer Certificate will not be issued if fee dues are pending.
b. Mid-session withdrawal will not entitle parents for any fee refund for the current quarter or session.
