“Chalk, Children, and Change – My Journey as a Teacher”

✍️By: Mujeebur Rahman

Every morning as I walk through the gate of Max Divine Public School, I am reminded of a simple truth — I don’t just teach lessons, I help shape lives. Teaching isn’t just my profession; it’s my purpose, my identity, and my greatest source of pride.

When I first entered the classroom years ago, I thought I was here to teach — to pass on knowledge, check homework, and prepare students for exams. But with time, I realized that being a teacher is far more than textbooks and tests. It’s about being a guide, a mentor, a listener, and sometimes even a silent cheerleader in the back of a child’s life.

📚 The Classroom: A World of Its Own

Each class is different — full of curious minds, creative hearts, and diverse challenges. Some children shine in academics, some in dance, some in silence. But each one carries a spark, waiting to be noticed.

One of the most rewarding experiences is watching a shy student raise their hand for the first time, or a child who once struggled with reading confidently present in front of the class. These small victories are gold medals in a teacher’s heart.

💡 More Than Just Teaching

At Max Divine, teaching is a shared journey. We learn with our students every day. Their questions make us think, their energy lifts us up, and their innocence keeps us grounded. We are not just imparting facts; we are igniting curiosity and nurturing values.

I remember preparing students for an inter-house drama competition. What started as a script turned into a life lesson in teamwork, expression, and overcoming stage fear. These moments aren’t listed in the syllabus, but they’re etched in memory.

🤝 Parents – Our Partners

Over the years, I’ve also come to value the partnership between teachers and parents. When parents trust and support us, students thrive. Education is not a solo act; it’s a community concert. Together, we help children discover who they are and who they can become.

The School That Feels Like Home

Max Divine Public School isn’t just a building with classrooms — it’s a home of hopes. The environment here allows us, teachers, to grow just as much as the students. Regular workshops, collaborative staff meetings, and a culture of appreciation keep us motivated.

🕊️ Final Thoughts

To every student reading this — remember, you are more capable than you think. To every parent — thank you for trusting us. And to my fellow teachers — let’s keep lighting the way, one child at a time.

Because in the end, we may not remember every lesson we taught, but the students will always remember how we made them feel.

"A teacher plants the seeds of knowledge that last a lifetime."

“My School, My Second Home”

✍️By: A Student of Class 7, Max Divine Public School

When I wake up in the morning, I don’t feel lazy or tired. I feel excited. Excited to go to a place where I’m not just a roll number or a report card — but someone who is known, heard, and cared for. That place is my school: Max Divine Public School.

🎒 A Day in My School Life

Every day at school feels like a new adventure. My classroom is more than four walls and benches. It’s a world of ideas. Our teachers teach us with love, patience, and stories. They don’t just want us to score good marks; they want us to become good human beings.

From the morning assembly to the last bell, I feel like I am learning something important — not just from books, but from people around me.

My Favourite Teacher

If you ask me who my favourite teacher is, it would be hard to choose. But I feel a special bond with our English Teacher. She makes every lesson feel like a story. She listens to us, motivates us, and always smiles. Once when I was nervous before a class presentation, she said, “Don’t worry, your voice matters.” That one sentence gave me so much courage!

Learning Beyond the Syllabus

At Max Divine, learning is not only about Maths or Grammar. It’s also about drawing colourful dreams in the Art Room, singing proudly in the Music Room, and running freely during Sports Period. I even wrote a short poem that got selected for the school magazine — and that made me believe I could be a writer someday!

We also celebrate days like Earth Day, Yoga Day, and Annual Function, where we perform on stage, make posters, or dress up as historical figures. These moments are unforgettable.

🤝 Friends Who Feel Like Family

I have the best friends in school. We study together, play together, and sometimes fight too — but we always say sorry and smile again. In group activities, we help each other, and in competitions, we cheer for each other.

Lunchtime is the best — we share food, jokes, and sometimes secrets too.😊

🌱What My School Means to Me

To me, Max Divine Public School is more than just a place to study. It is a place that gives me dreams, confidence, and memories. It is a place where even if I make a mistake, I’m taught — not scolded.

“School is not just where I go. It’s where I grow.”
